Meriah Ward (they/them) is a queer, neurodivergent family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner offering virtual psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and collaborative medication support for adults and young adults who feel burned out, overwhelmed, and tired of masking to survive. Many people reach out, unsure whether what they are experiencing is ADHD, autistic burnout, trauma, chronic stress, or some combination, and they want care that makes sense without feeling judged or pathologized. Sessions focus on building safety, clarity, and nervous system steadiness, so clients leave feeling more grounded, more understood, and more able to trust themselves and move through daily life with less overwhelm.

Leah Cook (she/her) is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who helps people make sense of what is happening when anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, or substance use starts disrupting everyday life. Her work is practical and grounded, with a focus on helping clients understand their patterns, build emotional regulation, and create a treatment plan that actually improves how they function day to day. Leah is especially skilled at cutting through the noise when things feel chaotic or hard to name. She combines psychiatric care with therapy-based support to help clients move toward more stability, clearer thinking, stronger coping, and a greater sense of control in their daily lives.
